Which OS are you on? Which version of Godot are you using? Can you see error messages in the console?

Debian jessie is my os. use godot 2.1 . I use zip file osx.zip to install the template . But if i start to install it stucked at 0%. only the godot engine is stuck. There is no system stuck.
complet stuck of godot so cant see any option including console.

as far as i know you need to change the .zip of the export file to .tpz in order for it to work(that is how it worked for me and is written in godot’s docs) so maybe try that
