How to load open world partially spatial by spatial depends on player world's position without loading screens?

I want to create game like Horizon Zero Dawn or Breath of the Wild with big open world. So, I need to render it partially and load dinamically location by location without loading screens.

How to do it in Godot? (I can try to modify it’s source if needed)
