Where is the documentation to develop android plugins for the current stable release (3.2.1)?

I downloaded the godot engine from the website at this link which is the 3.2.1 version, however, the android plugins development documentation talks about the 3.2.2+ version and the workflow for creating a plugin is different. Where is the previous version of the documentation or how can i download the the version 3.2.2 binaries?
