How to used sloped blocks with autotile?

I already have a auto tile system working with normal square tiles. But now I want to be able to use sloped blocks also. But the thing is that I want the sloped blocks to be another tile, so 4 tiles for each orientation. How can I make them interact with the auto tile system?
