Does the Godot engine track users? I do not think that it does, but I was making sure, because I know that Unity does track users, and you need to include a link to their privacy policy in your privacy policy when you make a game and I think there is a special setting for children’s games that you check. I was just making sure so that I can make an accurate privacy policy for my games when I publish them.

No, the engine or editor does not have any kind of tracking, you can look yourself at the code and compile your own binaries if you want.
