Error during build on android

I did build on 3.1.1 although it is present in builds 3.2
Why is the error caused and how to fix it?

ERROR: get_section_keys: Condition ' !values.has(p_section) ' is true.
   At: core/io/config_file.cpp:114
erasing C:\Users\Sergey\AppData\Local\Temp/Godot/tmpproject.binary
