I have this problem with my Rigidbodies interacting with my tilemap. At the boundary between two tiles, the Rigidbody appears to get stuck, and then can only progress by flipping over

After flipping, the Rigidbody will continue to get stuck at seemingly random intervals.
(The Rigidbody has a mass of 10, a weight of 98, a gravity scale of 10, a friction of 0.5, and a bounce of 0 (alternatives have been tried))

Any help as to how to stop the Rigidbody from flipping and move smoothly would be greatly appreciated
