When I click on a sprite, how do I keep the view on the Animation tab?

In Godot 3.1, when I click on a sprite to add a keyframe, the bottom panel will switch to the TextureRegion tab. I would have to click on the Animation tab in order to add the keyframe. Is there a way to keep the view from changing to TextureRegion when I click on a sprite?
