Dynamic lights in my scene seem to randomly affect some objects (materials?)

I have a strange problem:

At 0:04 you can see the first fired shot - it illumiantes the whole level. The next shots however don’t.

The projectile scenes have omni lights in them, the first projectile usually lights up all geometry, but the subsequent ones illuminate only the gun’s viewmodel and the two red cubes - not the main geometry of the level.

The gun’s scene also has an omni light that’s being activated during shots - it also works only for the first shot during each game’s run.

What is going on? Am I doing something wrong? Is this a bug?
