Tutorial for GUI/Themes?

Hello,

Is there a tutorial on how to change the dimensions and colors of some of the GUI elements, specifically checkboxes, scrollcontainers and such?

It's probably the most unhelpful comment of the year, but the GDquest channel has some nice tutorials regarding GUI. Although, not going to lie, I think that it is one of those fields where experimentations is one of the best sources of learning.
