[Android] Game usage cpu when is in background

Why game move to background (after press home button in device) usage cpu (1-2%) ?

If this is true I’m also interested to know.

Also, power consumption seems fairly high for my app which is a simple UI based app and has really no moving objects on screen. Everything is event based.
