Can i launch Godot on my laptop?

I have a problem. My friends an i decided to write a game. I wanted to help them but when i launch Godot it writes that my version of OpenGL is'nt as high as it needs. Can I somehow
find a solution of this problem?
My Laptop:
Video Card: ATI Mobility Radeon 545v
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) 2 Duo CPU T6600 @ 2.2GHz
OpenGL: 3.2

Try updating your graphics card drivers
