I’ve tried to make my html5 export smaller by compiling myself but I would first want to know the magnitude of file size between the official template and one with the minimum for 2d and bare minimum for displaying one 3d model?

For now, my export is around 120 mb and is a simple 5 page app with a 3d model which can be rotated on himself.
The model only need to be seen; it just spins and is static.

Also, can I remove things like light calculation or is it only all 3d or nothing?

HTML5 export files without the game pack file should be around 20-30 MB (~6 MB when compressed), is your pck file almost 100 MB large? Maybe there’s some unnecessary resource files in the project directory, bloating the game pack file?
