How to change game theme to current windows theme?

From the looks of it, the engine uses its own widget set (that is, it doesn't use the built-in widgets from the base OS). If you want the look and feel of Windows, either find a theme for the engine that looks similar to Windows, or design your own, and put it in the engine. Here are some articles on GUI skinning and using themes.
