How to blend animated values with manual Transformation

I have used a hierarchy of 2D sprite nodes and connected them using “make custom bones from nodes”. Then I have used the IK chain and animation player to animate those sprites. However, I need to blend those animated values with some manual transformation (user control) values. There is an option to blend animation with animation in the animation tree node but not for animation with user input transformations.
