Skeleton animation is broken by shape key (morph)

I impoted 3D model & animation from blender.
Importing a 3D model with a shape key (morph) will make skeleton animation goes wrong.
I removed the all shape key (morph) in blender. Re-importing a 3D model will make the skeleton animation work.
Skeleton animation should be independent of morph, but what is going on?
I use better Collada exporter for blender. Is there any way?
