How can I use more than one uv map in godot for a single object I made in blender?
(I am trying to change skin for character.)

Depends on a few things

  • where your material is
  • If you're using spatial material
  • if all your textures are properly uv unwrapped

func change_skin(image_path):
    var mat = get_surface_material(0)
    mat.albedo_texture = load(image_path)
    set_surface_material(0, mat)
