if I delete a "picture, mp3 or fbx" after its imported, will it still work?

i am trying to save space so when i export my project it wont be huge because of the items i listed above.

For fbx if you save it as it's own scene and not as an instance then yes
For pictures no

Mp3 ???????????????????
