InstancedRenderer3D lets you use meshes like regular Godot nodes while automatically batching them into GPU instances. Just add an InstancedMesh3D, assign a mesh, and nodes sharing the same mesh, material, and settings are automatically grouped into MultiMesh batches, both in the editor and at runtime.
Features
- Works like MeshInstance3D.
- Spatial chunking for visibility culling.
- Distance-based LOD.
- Physics interpolation.
- Static mode to avoid the node overhead (frees the node while keeping the mesh rendered)
- Per-instance visibility ranges, shadow casting, and render layers.
- Project settings for chunk size, interpolation, and sleep timing.
