启用后将在编辑器底部状态栏添加 `插件管理` 按钮，点击展开面板后可直接关闭或开启当前已安装的插件

When enabled, a Plugin Management button will be added to the status bar at the bottom of the editor. Clicking it will expand a panel where you can directly disable or enable currently installed plugins.
