Discord Rich Presence in pure GDScript. No GDExtension, no DLLs, no Game SDK - one script talking the Discord RPC protocol over the local IPC pipe. Windows only for now (Discord uses a unix socket on Linux/macOS); on other platforms the node simply does nothing. Retries alone while Discord is closed and reasserts the presence on reconnect.
