Rebuilds the C# project only when a file was changed and you went back to the editor window instead of every time you launch your game.
NOTE: You have to press build after first enabling it manually and then reopen the editor for it to start working
WARNING: It will throw errors in the console if you use the MSBuild panel's build buttons(Not the one from EditorRunBar, that one works properly), i don't think that has any way of fixing it. Plus the plugin still works perfectly fine despite the errors.
