A total rebuild of my previous clouds system, designed to address a lot of the issues I had with that original version.

Note, when launching the plugin for the first time on versions other than 4.6 a couple restarts may be required, this is due to the clouds plugin updating itself to handle the specific data structures of that version.

Due to this version 4.4 and earlier are no longer supported.
