Now what I did to make it a cool way to reduce pain in my teeth was to add a small piece of ice on it after I chewed on the apple. By doing this, the coldness of the ice helped my body to release chemicals which are called endorphins into my bloodstream.
The amazing thing about these chemicals is that they help to make us feel better and provide pain relief. When I ate the apple I was able to release some of the endorphins from the ice and now I could easily feel better in the morning. Of course, the apple was only a small portion of my daily diet, but when I ate it every single day I found it really helpful.
Now, that is not to say that eating an apple will make you feel better every single day of your life but it is a cool thing to do for a change. You can find the same effects with this type of technique by using lemon. Simply cut a piece of lemon in half and place it on the top of your teeth.
