OmniLighted 3D scene looks black in android while showing up well in desktop. What can I do about that?

It could be related to the renderer you're using. Are you using GLES2 or GLES3?

I am using GLES3.

Try switching to the GLES2 renderer in the top-right corner, it's more reliable on mobile/web platforms (and Android devices in particular).

Tried GLES2, didn't even start playing in android. Testing in Xiaomi Pocophone F1.
