Hello, I am using Godot engine in Windows 10, but the problem is, since the resolution of my desktop is 1024x768, the editor screen is seems out of space, especially when I applied the tilemap to the scenes, which further stretches the editor. So, what is the solution? thanks.

One option could be to put all the panels in one side (the arrow down on top right of each panel lets you select the position), a couple of them can share the same spot in tabs.

If you use the development version of Godot you can try the Very low DPI mode (if fonts are too small you can increase them a bit).

That option is in Settings (top right), “Global” section, “Hidpi Mode” property.
