For some reason, the engine cannot show more than 30 fps even if the scene is empty, although the computer can (for example, Battlefield 4 ran on my computer at an average of 70 fps). How to remove this FPS limitation? I didn't configure anything in the project settings, I downloaded the 64 bit engine from the official site and just started using it

Some changes in the project settings might help.

You can force FPS:
Project -> Project Settings... -> "General" Tab -> Debug -> Settings -> Force FPS

Or you can switch VSync on/off:
Project -> Project Settings... -> "General" Tab -> Display -> Window -> Use VSync
