Is it possible to work the up, down, right, left virtual keys in mobile through ‘ui_up’, ‘ui_down’, ‘ui_right’, ‘ui_left’ inputs?

I think I was incorrect in asking that question. Does Godot allow you to have a virtual keyboard node for the mobile phone?
If not, is there a work around where we can do this?
