My game in a fun desktop time-killer that is in 600x720. However, if you click full-screen everything gets jumbled and the enemy behaves strangely and the player in confined to a box, etc. Is there a way to lock my game in windowed mode? Something in project settings maybe?

Under Display -> Window you can set Resizable to off. But I think you should figure out why your game is acting weirdly instead so that the game can be resized.
