I bought a raspberry pi zero WH for programming.
I want to build a own raspberry pi console but i dont know which opperatinsystem I should
use and how to export projects to the raspberry pi.

Unfortunately, the Raspberry Pi Zero is too slow to run Godot projects at a reasonable speed, even simple 2D projects.
As for newer Raspberry Pi devices (ideally Raspberry Pi 4):
Godot doesn’t have official builds for ARM Linux (and Raspberry Pi) yet, but you can use these unofficial builds.
