Godot doesn’t “make” anything. Can you make an MMORTS game?
The games you reference were made by large, well-funded teams of experienced developers. The amount of work required to make such a game is beyond the scope of one person’s ability.
If you want to make your own games, scale down your project’s scope. If you’re a beginner, start small.
If you want to work on big games like the ones you listed, find a job at a game studio that develops such games.
