When I export to android, textures not working. Only black mesh appears. It's running perfectly on other platforms. I imported mesh using GLTF from blender.

Você precisa duplicar o arquivo da sua textura no godot e renomear a cópia dele... Aí você exclui o original e renomeia o arquivo que você duplicou para o que você quiser... Comigo funcionou assim... Isso vale para materiais também
