you should install latest drivers by using windows default device manager.
if it doesn’t work try visiting your graphics card provider’s website.
or try using GLES 2 rendering engine instead of GLES 3.

edit :- There is always driver problem if above of these do not work try using godot in linux installed on virtaulBox
