thinking ahead, I realize that I want to be able to attack and move at the same time in my 3D game.
My moving animation moves the whole body and all the bones. So how would I get the moving animation to cooperate with the attack animation?

If my attack animation only affected the upper body, what is the best way to get the upper body to do it's attack while the legs keep doing their lower body movement. This would require the attack animation to override the upper body but not override the lower body right?
