Godot 3.2.3 export templates link not working

I first tried downloading them from godot itself but that didn’t work. So I went to the official page and tried dowm=nloading it from https://downloads.tuxfamily.org/godotengine/3.2.3/Godot_v3.2.3-stable_export_templates.tpz but it didn’t work.

Can anyone who has that file send me a download link?

Works for me. Maybe the server was overloaded or it was fixed later on?

Trying to download the file today, and getting ~15 kB/s for this 440 MB file. Seems the server is overloaded regularly?
I never had this problem when downloading the Godot executable.

Download using your mobile it will work means it’s work for me
The speed is 1mbs
