Different game resolutions?

So I’m bit puzzled by this. I’ve set my game resolution to 1360x768, which works fine when scaling upwards, but if I scale it down, everything becomes very tiny (speaking mostly of UI, buttons and menu). Haven’t tried it with mobile platforms but will assume it may get even worse there. How do I work around it? Should I work in lower resolution specifically? How about adding options to set resolution into the game? Don’t think I’ve seen anything on it in scripts.
