Hi there,

I created a scene with some tiles (sprites), which have NavigationPolygonInstance nodes attached. I converted the whole scene to a tilemap. When I make changes to the polygons afterwards and overwrite the existing tilemap, then the changes won't be applied. Reloading the scenes using the tilemap didn't help. I have to save the tilemap under a new name instead. The merge function is disabled. Am I doing something wrong?
