OpenGL Unsupported

I have openGL 3.1 installed but godot 3.2 just says that my drivers are not up to date.I have downloanded the latest drivers both from nvidia and intel.Why is this happening?
Also when godot opens it says it had an error initializing GLAD.
I also tried restarting my computer several times.Please help me because I have no idea why is this happening.

Hello, so I found why this wasn’t working. Appearantly because when I created the project, I chose to use openGL 3.0 instead of openGL 2.0 and when I was in the editor mode, I told the Godot to use OpenGL 2.0 .I hope this helps to anyone who has this problem.
