Why are the download links on the website not working?

When I was trying to download the export templates from the website for Godot 3.2.2, my web browser said it couldn't find the server "downloads.tuxfamily.org". Is this just happening for me or is the download server for Godot down?

Works for me. You didn't write for how long you've tried - webservers being down for short intervals isn't rare. So there are a lot of websites to answer that question, e.g. this one. However, if the problem persists over multiple days that's a different story!
