I am working on master of the godot github as a contributor, but want to work on my current projects. They are in 3.2 stable. What is the process to converting them to 4.0 ready? Right now scenes get a corrupted flag.

I would stay on 3.2 until version 4.0 is stable enough for migration. You should still contribute to the engine. But the current master branch is probably too unstable for working on any meaningful project.
