What do you mean by “low quality”? Frame rate? Textures not looking good?

my whole game, when i play it(debug) it loses quality, but when i go back to editing its back to normal.

This could be related to the use of an hiDPI monitor. Try enabling Display > Window > Dpi > Allow Hidpi and ensure your game is tailored to support multiple resolutions (use the 2d stretch mode and expand stretch aspect).

Sometimes, it may be better in the original game. The only way to test this is to export your game and run it. If it runs great, then you should be fine your computer. If not, then you might want to try Calinou’s way.
