When I try to run a game with my laptop ( XPS 13 9380 ) on Godot 3.2.2
Using Windows 10 64 bit , Intel UHD Graphics 620, Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-8565U CPU @ 1.80 GHz
It launches unresponsive and am not able to use the debug however no errors pop up.
I've tried using GLES3 and GLES2 both still not responsive.

Try reinstalling Godot. If that doesn't work, when opening Godot, check your task manager and close other applications to Godot will work. This may have to be because of your RAM as well. But, it probably isn't working because your computer seems a little slow but, if you close all other applications, it should be able to run. Test and try.
