Do one-way-collisions work with CollisionShape2Ds on tiles?

I am trying to create a semisolid platform using tiles and a TileMap. My tileset scene tree looks like this:

“One Way Collision” is on in the CollisionShape2D but the the character collides with it in all directions.
Does anyone know what I’m doing wrong? Is this intended?
