Can Godot "hot reload" scripts or assets?

I seem to remember seeing this in the docs or a tutorial, but now I can’t find it. Is it possible to have a game running through the engine, and change variables in a script, for example, and have those changes reflected in the running game. Helpful for quickly testing speeds/positions/etc.

It’s in the debug options, that you can find on top of the screen, with the play/pause/stop buttons. Just check “sync scene changes” and “sync script changes”.
