Hi,
I read a lot about Godot even I started learning it but I’m still confused about one important thing.
The essence of my goal is establishing a gaming company step by step starting from one man company till a real company with a budget more than $1000 per month
Depending on your experience; Do you find Gotdot suitable for one man company?
Godot very fixable with VCS specially Git can you guide me to a practical team model?
im using godot for past 5 months and it is suitable for 2 man company

eheheheh, you can wait for a while till my company able to fit more than 1 man hehehehehhe
Yes its is suitable for 1 man company. Its easy to use yet powerful and the scripting language is easy to use.
I couldn’t find any reliable game created by one man company.
I read about all the available showcases most of them built by studios or by armatures (spent a long time for building a beta!)

I don’t think Godot has had a very successful game yet, but it’s only a matter of time.
I don’t really understand your second question. Possibly a language barrier. Godot works great with source control because the editor files are stored in text format. I’m going to assume VCS was a misspelled acronym for Visual Studio Code, in which case, yes, it works very well. The Godot editor can open files in VS Code and it can be used as a debugger.
Grimante was made with Godot by one person and sold an estimated 20,000 copies.
One thing to consider with Godot is that you aren’t really a one-man operation if there is a team of people releasing engine updates along with dozens of open source contributors. Add to that a very competent team at Microsoft if you are using C# for scripting.
@JimArtificer Thanks a lot for sharing the game. I sent an email to the developer hopeful to response to my request for sharing his/her experience.
It seems the game a quit off; It didn’t get any update/patch sine a while and the main domain for it is down.
