After connecting the timeout signal from the timer node to the rigidbody, the rigidbody keeps levitating and flying around when I run the scene which is ruining my project. I tried to undo all of this but the problem still can't be fixed. I also tried removing the script from the rigidbody and it also didn't work. Increasing its gravity just make it more buggy. Please help me fix this problem.

Hello :)
I would need some more information to help you
To what function of the rigisbody did you connect the timeout?
Could you describe a little more what did you do to the rigidbody, script, child parents? :
