I have just a simple question for the community to help me.

I have spent the past hour trying to add the same icons (like to group the nodes I can’t figure out how to group them from the UI) as from:

enter image description here
But mine only looks like:

enter image description here

How can I get it to show up? The Settings menu doesn’t give me an option.

I have the same problem.

And I think the question is unanswered.

Why do we have not those icons visibles on some tutorials ?

Ideas ?

  • Version 2.1 without icons ?

Thanks for the answering.

If you are using the default layout then on the right of the screen next to the “Inspector” you will find the “Node” section. Under the “Node” section is where you will find the Groups and also Signals.

Hello and thank you for your answer!

I can see the Node section and I can add a group but I have to do it individually, one by one. If I try to have more than one selected it tells me to “select a node to edit signals and groups.” Is there a way to do it selecting more than one node?

you can create one brick node and add it to group brick

Inside the brick node you can have sprites for each design.
Hide and show it with script.

You can create your Levels with tilemap and change/replace on runtime the cell with your brick node.
