Good day all,

I've recently just installed Godot and I'm having an issue where after around 40-60 minutes the IDE really slows down. Launch Godot takes a while, as down loading a project and running a scene, even with next to nothing within the scene.
This is with both the standard and Mono versions.

I've searched online and seen that other people have experienced the same problem but their suggestions, such as; upgrading drivers, clearing temporary files and so forth haven't worked for me.

After a computer restart everything runs great again for 40-60 minutes. Then the slow down returns.

I'm running Windows 10 with a GTX 1060 graphics card.

Any suggestions would be appreciated as I'm eager to dive on in with Godot.

Thanks all!

Are you working on a 2D or 3D project? Does it go away if you quit to the project manager and open the same project?

Neither really as I haven't had the opportunity to get started. But I've observed this behavior in both projects with just a 2D scene and just a 3D scene
