Exporting with custom icon doesn't work for small icon size

I’m exporting my game with a custom icon (.ico file) and it does change the icon when using medium, large or extra large icons in explorer, however the most important one, namely small icons, remains the Godot icon.
I’m quite sure those icons are 16x16, but I’ve also tried adding all possible sizes to the .ico just to be sure, but that doesn’t change anything, so I don’t think there’s nothing wrong with the .ico.
I’ve also tried changing the icon size the folder uses when I export just to make sure it’s not that the first icon that shows up won’t be changed, but no it’s always the small icon that stays godot.
Well, what’s wrong?

Yo hice mi imagen en piskel, en pixel art, como una imagen cualquiera, y la coverti con TOYCON a .ico, y no presenta ese problema.

espero haberte dado un indicio para solucionar tu problema, o a quien tenga uno similar.
