(3D) Skeleton causes mesh to flip mesh normals

The normals on the head of my character are flip whenever it’s attached to the skeleton. If I detach the skeleton the mesh is perfect.

Is this something I should post to GitHub for better answers?

Does anyone know what might be happening?

So, I figured out that the areas were I was having an issue with didn’t have the weights normalized prior to export. Normalizing the all weights fixed the issue.
